Are the prints museum-grade?
Yes. The Giclée prints are produced using carefully selected archival materials.
Will the print look exactly like the image on the screen?
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical print due to differences in monitors, devices and lighting. Every print is carefully prepared to achieve a faithful representation of the original artwork.
Are the prints signed?
All prints are hand-signed. Please refer to the individual product description for details.
Are the prints limited edition?
Edition details vary by artwork. Where applicable, the edition size will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
Sizing & Presentation
What sizes are available?
Available sizes in A5, A4 & A3 are listed on each artwork print's product page.
Do the artwork prints come framed?
Unless otherwise stated, artwork prints are supplied unframed, allowing customers to select a frame that complements their personal style and interior.
What type of paper is used?
Premium museum-grade paper is selected to complement each artwork print and provide excellent colour reproduction, detail and archival quality.
Can a custom size be requested?
Custom sizing may be available for selected artworks. Please enquire at contact@maricel.com.au before placing an order.
Ordering & Gifting
Are prints made to order?
Yes, all prints are made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days before dispatch.
Can an order be sent directly to a gift recipient?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout. Gift wrapping or personalised gift messages are available where specified.
Packaging & Artwork Print Care
How are artwork and prints packaged?
Every artwork and print is carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate to its size and format to help minimise the risk of damage during transit.
How should a Giclée print be cared for?
For maximum longevity, keep the artwork print away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity and moisture.
Can a print be displayed in direct sunlight?
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can affect artwork over time. Displaying prints away from strong, direct sunlight is recommended.
Returns & Damaged Orders
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Fine-art prints are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. It is encouraged to carefully review the artwork, size and product details before placing your order.
What happens if an artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact the store at contact@maricel.com.au as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. Each case will be reviewed and, where appropriate, a suitable resolution will be arranged.
What happens if the wrong artwork or size is received?
Please contact the store as soon as possible so the order can be reviewed. If an incorrect item has been sent, an appropriate resolution will be arranged.
